It began with our own family.

The move itself was only part of the challenge. After her passing, we faced the daunting task of sorting through decades of belongings, deciding what to keep, donate, or sell, and preparing her home for the next chapter. It was physically exhausting and emotionally difficult, and we often found ourselves wishing we could hire a team to take care of it all for us. But there was nothing like that available.

Since we couldn't find that kind of support, we decided to create it ourselves. Palmetto Senior Moves was born from the desire to take these responsibilities off a family's shoulders, allowing them to spend less time worrying about the logistics and more time focusing on their loved one, their family, and the transition they are going through. We'll handle the details, the coordination, and the hands-on work, so they don't have to navigate it all alone.
